Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Saudi Arabia: 3–6 business days
• UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman: 4–7 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order directly with the carrier.
