Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, beauty products and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
